Machine & Motion Control
ETHERNET Powerlink
ETHERNET Powerlink expands the ACR9000 family by adding real-time motion control over standard Ethernet. The high-speed digital communications network enhances machine performance and configuration possibilities while reducing set-up time and installation complexity. The ACR9000-EPL can control up to 16 axis of motion at a cost of only $100/axis. Plus, it is fully Ehternet/IP compatible to provide easy plug-and-play communication with A/B PLCs. Click Here.
The Compax3M
The Compax3M is a common bus amplifier design that shares a common power supply (240/480 VAC) with multiple amplifiers. The amplifiers are available in three different power levels with continuous current output from 5, 10, and 15A. The 3CM is available as a simple “dumb” amplifier, it can be controlled over Ethernet Powerlink, DeviceNet, Profibus, or CANopen, or it is also available as an “intelligent” amplifier that can be programmed in any IEC61131-3 language. Apex AL Series Gearhead
The Apex AL Series Gearhead is a revolutionary new design that places the dual ball bearing assemblies directly under the pulley housing thus eliminating any moment loads on the gearhead shaft. Now you are not forced to design a complicated pillow block assembly to support your belt pulley, you can mount the pulley directly on the gearhead and achieve belt tensions up to 7000 lbs. The gearhead is available in both in-line and right-angle designs in 70, 95, 110, 150, 230, and 280mm sizes. Click Here.
Robotics & Conveyors
Nachi’s MR20 robot’s arm
Nachi’s new MR20 robot’s arm features a unique 7-axis design supporting up to a 30kg payload capacity. The MR20 was designed to provide a compact arm and powerful body with a wrist torque two times that of comparable-sized robots. The unique 7-axis design allows the arm to avoid singularities while providing multiple posture solutions for the same work Tool Center Point.
